DRINK WATER – this is so simple and yet so important. Your body may not register thirst until you are dehydrated so drink water until your urine is clear.
NO STIMULANTS – forgo alcohol, caffeine and tobacco for stress release power. People who smoke, drink or get hyped-up on caffeine or other drugs usually cannot cope with stress.
BREATH – I know you must breathe to live, but I mean deeply. Filling the space from you lower abdomen, up through your lungs. Oxygenate and relax.
REST – take time out every day to do absolutely nothing and that means doing nothing! Strange concept in our fast paced world.
